What do you enjoy most about working with children?
What I enjoy most about working with children is seeing their confidence grow, and supporting them in a way that feels safe and encouraging. Every child is so different, and I really enjoy adapting to their personalities and building that trust with them. I find working with children incredibly rewarding, especially knowing that I am having a positive impact on their day, even in small ways.
