4. Hiring and Vetting Process

7. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking: Bookings should be made with as much notice as possible.

Confirmation: Bookings will be confirmed via email/ whatsapp or phone.

Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Cancellation by Agency: In the rare event that a sitter cancels, the agency will provide a replacement or refund.

8. Payment and Fees

Rates: Hourly rates are based on the number of children and any special requirements.

Payment Methods: Acceptable booking & subscription fee payment methods include credit card or bank transfer, hourly rate to be paid in cash to your babysitter.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees.
