Our Basic Party Support Package is perfect for hosts who want to stay in control of the planning but need reliable, experienced support to keep things running smoothly. From helping set up to keeping the kids safe and engaged, we take the stress out of hosting so you can actually enjoy the day.

If you already have your theme, activities, and supplies planned, we’ll step in as the extra pair of hands you need.
Hannah and the team were fantastic, took all the stress out of the planning and build up to our daughter’s 4th birthday and we’re amazing with the kids (and adults!) on the day! With venues hard to find or becoming seriously expensive, it’s great to be able to host at home but we wouldn’t have been equal to the task with the help of The Memory Nest.

What Happens on the Day?
✅ We arrive at the agreed start time, ready to supervise and assist as booked.
✅ If booked to help set up, we’ll help you decorate and get the party space ready before guests arrive.
✅ Throughout your booked time, we keep the children engaged, supervised, and safe while you enjoy the party.
✅ If booked to help tidy up, we’ll assist with clearing plates, wrapping up activities, and leaving the space in good order.
We tailor our support to the time you’ve booked — just let us know if you’d like to add extra time for set-up or clean-up when booking!

FAQs
Can I add extra time on the day?
Yes! Subject to staff availability, you can extend the party at the rates above. We recommend letting us know at least 48 hours beforehand if you’d like more time.
Can you bring your own activities?
This package is designed to support your planned activities
What if I have more than 25 children?
We can absolutely accommodate larger groups with extra staff. Contact us for a bespoke quote.
Are you insured and trained?
Yes! All staff are DBS-checked, experienced in working with children, and we carry full public liability insurance.
